Ordering & Delivery

Do i need to sign up an account to make purchase?

No, account sign up is not compulsory when making purchase. We recommend sign up an account so that you would not miss out the benefits and promotion. You can turn off the news letter if you do not wish to receive email.

What are the delivery options?

We only offer postage at the time being.

Do you offer international delivery?

No. We do not offer international delivery at the time being.

When should i expect my order shipped out?

We will ship your order out on the next one or two day, except Saturday and Sunday.

Can i cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order before the order being shipped out.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes, your payment information is safely protected by the payment service companies using encryption technology. 

Do you post to east Malaysia?

At the moment we do not post to east Malaysia. We are trying to solve the logistic issues and hopefully will be able to provide the service to east Malaysia in the soon future.

Is it gluten free?

Our products are gluten free.

Is it vegan?

Our milk and white chocolate contain milk ingredient. Due to our chocolate is produce in the same environment with other products, thus we are unable to guarantee that other products are completely free of milk ingredient.

Are the products having halal certification?

We in preparation to apply halal certification, please subscribe to our newsletter, we will update the news once we obtained halal certification.

Will chocolate melted during delivery?

We are taking extra care in our packaging to ensure that the chocolate doesn't melt during delivery. The chocolate will be packed in a thermal insulated bag with an ice pack. However, due to the hot climate in Malaysia, we cannot guarantee that it won't melt. 

What to do if chocolate melted?

You can put the chocolate in refrigerator to solidify it in caseit's melted. The melted chocolate is still perfectly edible.

Can i request refund if the chocolate i receive is melted?

While we take great care to ensure your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition, we understand that sometimes the weather can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for melted chocolate. However, we would be happy to offer you a discount on your next purchase to make up for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding. 

What are the white streaks and white dots that appear on my chocolate?

The white streaks and dots on your chocolate are caused by cocoa butter rising to the surface due to temperature changes during delivery. These are perfectly normal and don't affect the quality or taste of the chocolate. We take great care to ensure our chocolate is packaged securely and arrives in the best possible condition. Please be assured that your chocolate is still perfectly safe to eat and we hope you will enjoy it.  

Why is the chocolate i received appear differently from the product images on the website?

We take great care in creating our product images and strive to provide an accurate representation of our chocolate. However, we understand that variations may occur due to environmental factors such as temperature and humidity during the delivery process. Rest assured that we use specialized packaging, including thermal insulated bags, ice packs, bottle seals, and humidity absorbers to minimize any potential risks. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will still enjoy our delicious chocolate.

How to store the chocolate?

The chocolate is best to store in dry environment with temperate between 10C~20C or 50F~68F

What is the shelf life of the chocolate?

Our chocolate shelf life is usually range from 3 months up to 2 years depending on what are the ingredients used. Please kindly refer to the shelf life stated in the product page or the printing on the product itself.
